So just in the news this week… There was a yacht attacked off the coast of Corsica. The pirates pulled up in a speed boat and ganked fools for $180,000 in cash. The boat rents for around $350,000 a week, has a heli pad and all the ammenities. I guess what it needs next time is a security detail.
There was also a guy that didn’t like a painting so he destroyed it. Basically the artist that had painted the painting had recently sold a work for $33 million. The work that was destroyed was destroyed because the owner did not like the way his double chin was displayed.
Also Jason Kidd gave up his Gold Medal to Elaine Wynn of the Wynn Casinos. He said something about how they had treated the team well while training and that it was the least he could do. Not sure what the real story is…

Ball out for the weekend. Live the dream. If you can’t afford a Ferrari F430, a Lamborghini Gallardo, a Porsche Turbo 997, Mercedes CLK63 AMG Black Series or a Aston Martin DB9, hit the track at Jersey Motorsports Park. For right at 5 g’s you can get a bit of training a bit of time on the track and a DVD of your day on the track. For more info and to register check out the site.
Here is a pic of two of the tracks in Jersey. While video games are fun, imagine hitting this on the weekend.

You’ll be quoting 50 on the track with this whip, “Sorry Ferrari I keep blowing up…”

Who doesn’t want to drive a lambo the way it was made to be driven?

There are a few areas in life that you can skimp on and be good. There are also a few areas where you will get screwed over quickly if you skimp. Use your own lawyer when you buy or sale real estate. It will be worth every penny to have someone looking out for your best interest. Even as you gain experience you will want someone that you can trust reviewing documents before you have to. I have seen a couple of HUD statements recently that truly represent the person without their own lawyer.
Also don’t skimp on insurance. I am not going to advice which plans to go with or not, but I will say that you will sleep better when you have insurance. Most loans require insurance, but if you are dealing with cash you can do what you like.
Think of these things like the 10 crack commandments or condoms. “Credit dead it/You think a crackhead payin’ you back, shit, forget it” “keep your family and business completely separated/money and blood don’t mix/like two dickss and no bitch”

There are yachts and then there are yacht inspired cars. Gotta love both. For more info check the link. The yachts share 8 owners with the nut being $2 mil each. It is 132 feet and has mad deck room and glass.

This is ofcourse a little rangerover that goes for a mere $300,000 to $1.2 mil depending on the options you want.

Two Bugatti’s sold this week at sick prices. It appears wealth has not stopped spending or living.
The first 2009 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Grand Sport sold for $3.19 million. Just to put that into perspective, that is mad loot. You can buy a Diablo, F50, Porsce Carrera GT, Rolls Royce Phantom, Bentley Drophead, and a nice crib and still have money left over for the price of this ride. But then again you can take the top off and cruise at 224, or keep it on and hit around 250+ in this whip. These will go for $2 million each as they start to roll out.

On the other side of the Bugatti world is the following 1937 Bugatti Type 57SC Atalante Coupe sold for $7.9 million. I am not positive on what the car has or can do, but I know what $7.9 can do to a bank account.

Tiger Woods is on track to be the first billionaire athlete. There are over a thousand billionaires. Bill Gates from Microsoft is now number three. He is behind Mexican, Carlos “Slim Thugga” Helu and Warren Buffet. Check out the Forbes site for more on billionaires.
2008 Rap/HipHop Earners (this came from BadCopNoDonuts who got it from Forbes) Notice Dre, Em, and Snoop are still on top. 50 is just killin (though most of the money came from the one time sell of vitamin water). Diddy is third which is almost 5 times less than 50. I was surprised to see Swizz Beatz making so much, but dude hustles, so more power to him.

You have options in life. Take advantage of them. I would read about Jason Bourne and talk to people about the movies and the places he would have traveled. Then I decided why not do them myself. I would also hear about people flipping homes or making loot in various places. I could choose to sit back and watch. I would have a great time doing so. I could discuss the lives of others in front of me and on tv. Or I could play the game. Life is only but so complicated. Most of the opportunities are right in front of us… And if you do what you want, it is all the more fun.
