This video needs no explination for those that grew up with Contra being the best game out there. Then came 3d games and it was never the same. I had some friends that developed games levels and mods for half life back in college, but for some reason, no one ever recreated the first level of contra… They did a damn good job.

The economy is rough in the hood. People do desperate things when forced into a corner. I had a friend have his business held up at gunpoint a week ago. It is sad that things get to this level. I can’t say no one was hurt, but nothing was stolen. I also had some people roll up on me last week. The car creeping in the darkness. I was fortunate to get out of my situation as well. I would say “real recognize real” but “fake recognize real” would be more appropriate.
I am not saying go and get your glock cleaned and loaded, but I am saying to protect what you have. Some people take the game for granted and instead of hustlin’ they rob and steal. There are ways to keep yourself prepared for rough times, like having cash on hand incase banks freeze up. Keep a safe with with enough to maintain for a month or two.
It is generally all good in the hood, but for now proteck your neck…

Times are good for the hustle… If you have your game right and your hustle tight this economy is not hitting you as hard as it is hitting others. Sure you might not be banking as much but you have mad opportunities now. This is the time to prosper.
I am back off a bit of a bit of vacation/hustle. Made a trip to DC and down to Myrtle Beach. Should be back on track now.

There are a few areas in life that you can skimp on and be good. There are also a few areas where you will get screwed over quickly if you skimp. Use your own lawyer when you buy or sale real estate. It will be worth every penny to have someone looking out for your best interest. Even as you gain experience you will want someone that you can trust reviewing documents before you have to. I have seen a couple of HUD statements recently that truly represent the person without their own lawyer.
Also don’t skimp on insurance. I am not going to advice which plans to go with or not, but I will say that you will sleep better when you have insurance. Most loans require insurance, but if you are dealing with cash you can do what you like.
Think of these things like the 10 crack commandments or condoms. “Credit dead it/You think a crackhead payin’ you back, shit, forget it” “keep your family and business completely separated/money and blood don’t mix/like two dickss and no bitch”

I saw this video over at livingoffdividends. It does an amazing job of explaining what happened with the housing situation we are in now. The last 5 minutes of the video are great. The video explains how hedge fund managers made hand over fist loot and how the market is just getting prime again with the falling interest rates and housing prices for them to start making more money.
