Cash Is King

Cash is king… What does that mean? To me right now it means protect your cash and leverage your credit. Use owner financing if possible, and get banks to help where possible, but keep your cash. They say things are going to keep getting worse, but that is no reason to slow your role.

    btw paper money is no good, you should have gold bars and some diamonds instead.
