I saw this house posted on luxist. It is a 15,000 sqft crib on 200 plus acres in Rougemont NC. Rougemont is a bit outside of Raleigh and is a small town. Seeing cribs like this out there is encouraging. It is motivational to see what can be done in various parts when someone puts there mind to it. Lots of money… It is amazing to see how many zeros that is. If you tack on Fannie May and Freddie Mac and AIG you are looking at $1,000,000,000,000. I am trying to understand how I can make some loot off of it and not in a slimy way. Any thoughts?

I saw this show the other day while surfing the tube. I have not had time to finish watching, but my first impression was that they were giving decent advice. They went through and looked at many aspects of the business. It seemed like simple stuff but seeing it applied made much more sense. This could help small business owners. What are your thoughts on the show, other than it being an episodes on poka dots?

This is an amazing crib. It has many of the features I would like to incorporate into my home. Those being open air areas, fireplaces in convenient places, water and concrete. Let me know what you think.

I haven’t seen too many houses over at luxist that stand out. Not to mention in NC. There are things I think this house could do better on, and things that I really like about this house. There are mad pictures below for motivation and ideas. Denny Hamlin is a young NASCAR driver and the house is on Lake Norman in NC. The home is listed for $4.9 million. The entrance is good, no problems with curb appeal…

I am not feeling the gym. I like more of a crossfit bare gym with freeweights (if weights). This looks straight out of an 80′s porn. If it works for him though then more power to him.

This is a decent little bar set up. This goes well with the wine bar. I am not sure if this is carpet or not though, the pic is a bit unclear, but I wouldn’t imagine carpet would work well here…

Floyd set himself for the fall. Showing a million in cash on a HBO special doesn’t do much for security. His house was broken into a while back and it is estimated that the thieves left with around $7 million in jewelry. I would say that it is going to be hard to get rid of that much inventory, but seeing that Jacob is locked up for washing money, I am sure these guys can get rid of the product. The security cameras did little to help identify the 4 people that broke in through a window.
