Flip sold
I had posted a while back about a flip I was working on. It has finally sold (I have money in the bank). I will be posting soon on the details of the flip. If you have any specific questions about it, I will try to include answers in the post.
I am like many others watching the economy now and wondering when the bottom will be hit. The neighborhood I would like to move into just had 2 foreclosures hit the market today. Neither are attractive to me (the prices are too high and they are right on the highway). I am keeping my options open though and intend to pursue an option in the area soon…
