I am going to throw up some videos that were mentioned in post or comments to me.  Check them out, they are motivational.  If you have any others you want to see, comment the youtube titles and I will try to throw them up soon.  Also if I missed you let me know.

 This video is about some famous people and their biggest failures.  You got to go big to be big.  Most of the successful people I know fail often, but they are scene for the successes.  They would not have them though if they did not go big.

   I wasn’t sure what to go with so I went with the first on youtube. We on the east coast do not hear much west coast music…
