They know what kind of issues you face and can better assist you.</description>

		<description>If you have a good real estate investment group or club in Raleigh, you can attend their meetings and get a lot of good information for free as well.  A lot of times they will ask you to join if they recognize you attending meetings regurlarly. Just don&#039;t go that often.</description>
