Flip XIV House on the market
I have the house I have been working on, on the market, with pictures. These pictures show opposing views of the downstairs area, family room - kitchen - dining room. Hopefully we can get it to sell quickly. I am looking into other things now but not sure which direction to head. It is either to the ghetto or a ritzy neighborhood. Depending on how this how works out I will be making that decision. There is another picture after the break.

Good job! I would have gone with staineless steel apliances though.

Agreed. It would have been nice. I am not sure that I would have gotten my money back on it though. And when you say stainless steel appliances, are you referring to subzero or just the color…

Just the color. Overall it looks really nice! Be sure to let us know when you sell it.

You will have to check out the post about that day. We tried to cover it with white and it was bleeding through horribly, so we went with a thicker, bit darker color. It grows on you and doesn’t look too bad. It makes white walls look bland after being there so long. What are your thoughts, a lighter color or different color (and I assume you are talking about the walls)?
